1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using CombCrew ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App. These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
2. Description of Service
CombCrew is a loan tracking application that helps users manage and track informal loans between friends and family. The App provides: • Loan creation and tracking features • Payment recording and reminders • Notifications via email, SMS, or push notifications • Contact management for loan parties Important: CombCrew does NOT process, transfer, or hold any money. The App is solely for record-keeping purposes.
3. User Accounts
To use CombCrew, you must: • Provide accurate and complete registration information • Be at least 18 years old • Maintain the security of your account credentials • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use CombCrew to: • Track illegal transactions or loans • Harass, abuse, or threaten other users • Send spam or unsolicited messages • Attempt to access other users' accounts • Interfere with the App's operation • Use the App for any unlawful purpose • Misrepresent your identity or loans Violations may result in immediate account termination.
5. Loan Agreements
CombCrew facilitates tracking of loans but is not a party to any loan agreement. All loan terms, repayment schedules, and conditions are solely between the lending parties. • CombCrew does not verify loan information • CombCrew does not guarantee repayment • CombCrew does not provide dispute resolution • Users are responsible for their own agreements We recommend consulting legal counsel for significant loans.
6. Privacy & Data
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. 7. Notifications
By using CombCrew, you consent to receive: • Email notifications about loan activity • SMS reminders (if you provide a phone number) • Push notifications (if enabled) • Service announcements and updates You may manage notification preferences in your account settings.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of CombCrew are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not: • Copy or modify the App's code • Create derivative works • Reverse engineer the App • Remove any proprietary notices • Use our trademarks without permission
9. Disclaimers
CombCrew is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee: • Uninterrupted or error-free service • Accuracy of user-submitted information • That the App will meet all your needs • Security against all threats Use the App at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CombCrew and its affiliates shall not be liable for: • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Loss of profits, data, or goodwill • Disputes between loan parties • Unauthorized access to your account • Any amounts exceeding fees paid to us Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these may not apply to you.
11. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon deletion: • Your profile information will be removed • Active loan records may be retained briefly for other parties • Some data may be retained for legal compliance We may terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
